Salute! It's a rainy Friday and i wanna share some MOOC w-sites with you!)
Few famous ones:

My favorite is canvas.net because there u can easy find free courses on the any theme u need.
I choose "Communication in Virtual and Mobile work".

It's provides some objectives like:

• To acquire the new kinds of communication skills needed for working in multicultural, globalized companies using virtual and mobile communication tools such as shared platforms, instant messaging, conferencing, email and social networks on a regular basis.
• To become familiar with the different registers (formal and informal) used in virtual and mobile communication (both spoken and written) and use the models provided for real communication in the workplace.
• o raise awareness of different types and levels of culture and address the benefits and challenges of working in multicultural teams whilst developing strategies for carrying out successful communication applying digital skills.

 The duration of the course is 12 weeks. At the end u'll get certificate or badge.

 I can recommend this course for: 

1) individual students wishing to improve their competences in business communication in an international virtual environment with a special focus on handling intercultural communication skills;
2) people currently in working life who would like to upgrade their skills, gain confidence and become aware of possibilities and challenges in communicating in online business environments;
